Q: Give us an example of a business challenge your organization faced, as well as how you overcame it.

I think the recent downturn in the economy has probably been the most significant business challenge we’ve face since inception. Thankfully, we met these challenges head on, managed our business and finances responsibly and developed new products and processes to maximize profitability.

Q: In what ways are you an innovative leader, and how does your organization employ innovation to be on the leading edge?

EmployeeScreenIQ is on the forefront when it comes to best practices and compliance. To demonstrate ourselves in this regard, we developed EmployeeScreen University, a first of its kind online portal for our clients and the marketplace in general to learn about the latest industry trends, legislation and technologies. This platform allows us to demonstrate our expertise and to differentiate ourselves as an industry leader.

Q: What is the greatest lesson you’ve learned and how have you applied it?

Think big. It’s great to serve those in your own background yard, but having the vision to thrive in the global marketplace had been the key to our success.

Q: How does your organization make a significant impact on the community and regional economy?

EmployeeScreenIQ helps organizations throughout the country and around the world make informed decisions and hire with confidence while exercising organizational risk management to protect themselves, their employees and their clients.
